Washington Gas Expects Increase in Winter Heating Bills and Encourages Customers to Prepare for Heating Season

Washington Gas announced today that its customers could expect a 10-20 percent increase in winter heating bills compared with last winter?s bills. The increase is attributed predominantly to a significantly higher consumption forecast, based on normal weather instead of the record warmer-than-normal 2011-2012 winter.
