Students left in the heat: Procurement troubles hold up installation of AC
Without air conditioning: Principal Rosalin Meeks flattens a note posted on a classroom door redirecting student to an alternative room at Southern High School in Santa Rita yesterday. About 20 instructional classrooms at the school are without working air conditioning, said Meeks.
