TVCCA receives 400 calls for heating help
The Thames Valley Council for Community Action Inc. received 400 phone calls for heating assistance on Tuesday as the recent cold spell set in and the agency is on pace to break its yearly processing record of 10,700 families, Director of Energy and Support Services Chris Sardo said.
